MEET THE TEAM

Nicole Jones

Nicole Jones is a devoted wife and mother who finds joy in both family and the simple pleasures of life. Married to Mike Jones, she is the proud mother of Ryan, Tyler, and her daughter-in-law, Ryan’s wife, Katie. Nicole started Jones Life Group in 2025 after a career in education.

When she’s not spending time with her loved ones, building a company for her kids, Nicole enjoys hitting the golf course, getting lost in a good book, or tending to her garden. Her home is also brightened by the cheerful company of her two dogs, Bea and Kimber, who act as the chief canine operating officers.

Partners Willis & Olivia Adair

Will and Olivia were born and raised in North Carolina. They met and married in Wilmington, NC where they now reside. They have hearts for people and served in various ministries before entering the insurance industry.

Will's transition into insurance occurred after his dad unexpectedly died and he was looking for employment during Covid. He learned about the industry why helping his mom collect on his dad's policy. He wanted to create a better insurance company and that gave birth to the Adair Agency. It also has led to creating multiple other agencies that are building growing teams like Jones Lief Group.
